Accounting: a nightmarish proposition to some, but at Nock Accounting & Tax, it’s what we do. Inspired by the struggles of her own family misfortunes, founder Regina Nock set out early to establish herself as an accounting professional that her clients could trust to help deal with some of life’s more challenging financial obstacles.  After achieving her Masters of Science in Accountancy from a top-rated tax accounting program, Nock quickly got to work further developing her skills in a variety of professional settings, including both public and private sector accounting activities, to managing the tax interests of some of Southeast Michigan’s most high net-worth individuals. Along the way she observed intently what her employers did well, as well as what they did not; until the day came that like many of her clients, she decided to start a practice of her own—Nock Accounting & Tax.

At the center of this rapidly growing business are the same motivations that first led Nock to her profession over 10 years ago. Those being a genuine desire to help others avoid the types of financial pitfalls she encountered while caring for her own terminally-ill parents, and to empower others to meet their goals by giving them the tools they need to be compliant and succeed. From preparing individual returns, to providing specialized consulting services for small and medium sized business, Nock is about integrity, and aims to serve its clients in a way that enriches their own understanding so that they might be more effective in their own lives and businesses.
